The key component of any shampoo (wash) is the 'surfactant'.

This formula is made exclusively with five plant-derived surfactants. Each surfactant complements the others, filling in the gaps that a single natural cleanser cannot achieve on its own.

By balancing foam performance, cleansing power, and overall feel, we created an optimal blend for gentle yet effective washing.

All surfactants used are rated EWG Green for safety and low irritation, and they naturally biodegrade by 95% within 28 days after entering wastewater systems.

Surfactant made by combining apple-derived amino acids with coconut oil fatty acids, it provides high-quality cleansing that maintains moisture while causing virtually no irritation to the skin.

Borredo dog shampoo contains Sodium Cocoyl Alaninate, 

a gentle, naturally derived surfactant. It effectively cleanses without stripping natural oils,

● Naturally derived surfactant #3     ' Lauryl Glucoside '

Lauryl Glucoside, derived from coconut oil–based lauryl alcohol combined with glucose, 

is a gentle yet effective cleansing ingredient suitable for sensitive skin. Its amphiphilic 

structure—hydrophilic glucose and lipophilic lauryl chains—enables it to surround and lift 

dirt and impurities from the skin and coat without stripping natural moisturizing factors,

● Naturally derived surfactant #4      ' Caprylyl / Capryl Glucoside ' 

Derived from plant-based sources such as palm kernel, coconut, and corn, this ingredient is

classified as mild and non-irritating to the skin. It enhances the cleansing power of other 

surfactants and promotes foaming when mixed with liquids, improving the overall user

● Naturally derived surfactant #5       ' Coco-Glucoside ' 

Coco-Glucoside is especially beneficial in dog shampoo because it is gentle enough for

formula, allowing the shampoo to rinse off easily without leaving residue. Its plant-derived
